Great customer service.
YMCA’s of the triangle are really great! Equipment is always kept up, every bit of each gym is clean, service is always great, always respectful, interaction is always kind and interested.
Its great that the kids have such great opportunities at the YMCA, I like the Poyner location as my go to gym when the kids are enjoying all that the Y offers to them after school and in on site summer camp. That said their joy can be a little to loud for my older ears so I go to the Poyner gym most of the time and SE Raleigh before or after the lunch recess
The staff , atmosphere, and members are so kind and nice !
I love that they have no-partisan voter registration info in the lobby when approaching local election dates!

Staff are very friendly, all over the area is always clean, lots of equipment to chose,membership fee is affordable . What else do we need? I strongly recommend, it's worth to drive :)

I like that that I can take classes, walk around the track or use the various machines. There are so many available options for getting fit and the atmosphere is very friendly!
I love the classes and friendly atmosphere.
Southeast Raleigh Y has one of the most welcoming communities in the Triangle. My favorite classes have been the pop fitness classes with Byron and Kim and the Zumba classes with Taylor and Lorissa. All the instructors bring such great energy and build community among the class goers -- new and old. My hope is that the pop fitness and zumba classes continue to grow even more in 2024.
Its equipped with the best machines, good exercise classes, friendly staff and great atmosphere to be in.
