The Group Fitness Director is amazing. She listens to the members. She does a fantastic job of implementing programs that keep members active. Southeast has a vibe unmatched at other YMCAs in the triangle.

Very clean and aesthetic. I like that the people at the front desk greet me and say goodbye to me on my way out. Sometimes they are the only people who greet me while I'm at the gym, so that is nice. The bathrooms are clean. Overall, it is a great experience.
Easy to park, facilities are always clean, and everyone working is always friendly/helpful.

When I arrived with my sister, Jaleesa greeted us so warmly at the front desk. She was extremely patient in answering our questions and called someone to give us a tour. She exhibited excellent customer service. After our tour, we shared that we would come back and join in a couple of days. She was so kind to take our names and put us in the system so when we came back the process would flow even more smoothly. We came back before Jaleesa’s shift started and was greeted warmly by Chante. Chante assisted in getting us registered and signed up. Her cheerfulness and kindness was great as she greeted members and guests was great. I work in customer service and know just how important kindness and politeness matters. Our first and second impressions of the YMCA was wonderful. We enjoy the atmosphere and the facility. Thank you for the service you are rendering to the community.
