The weight floor is well -equipped and not too crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the qi gong class with Reuben on Tuesday mornings.

I enjoy that the pool is kept open year round now. It is helpful to have the opportunity to use it on our random warm days.
The staff is very friendly and the equipment is pretty good. Pros: punching bag- few gyms have this and i use it frequently.
cons: could benefit from another bosu ball in the ab area and some thick small bands for walking lunges and kick backs and things.
The Y is less than 5 minutes from home. The staff is friendly and welcoming every time I enter the building. I feel safe. This is important at my age.
The class offerings are unique and the instruction is very good. All staff are welcoming and friendly. Their commitment to fitness for all body types is apparent!
Lovely gym space with updated machines. Locker rooms are beautiful and spacious. The outdoor pool is all season and big enough for lots of people to enjoy!

Staff was very helpful & accommodating. I’m currently wearing a medical boot on my left foot due to an injury. Male employee on 2nd floor was happy to explain things to us.
The neighborhood zone makes it so I can afford to go to the ymca. And the SE ymca is always clean and welcoming. It's great! Love the pool too and the new heated pool swim days you've been dong.
