EVERYTHING.
My first visit. It appears the staff is engaged. Nice facility good parking. I think seeing an employee floating around the machines upstairs might help to improve employee to member engagement with some subtle ‘policing’ the phone usage.
Great variety of classes
Hospitable Ymca team
The sense of community and family with members
The staff, the classes, the activities. The way the gym is laid out, it's openness. being able to look out the windows when using equipment!
The staff
Facilities and instructors.
Friendly staff
The facility is beautiful!
Light, space, location, equipment and classes wide range.
Very nice facility, kind and welcoming staff, good range of equipment and programming, sauna
Very clean facilities, good availability of workout spaces and equipment, love the outdoor saltwater pool
Beautiful facilities, very clean, helpful and friendly staff, plenty of machines and equipment. Welcoming space!
Variety of classes and clean. The only thing I can't figure out is when the coffee bar is open. Taylor has complimentary coffee every day. :0)
Great facility. Large, clean and friendly.
I like the classes, especially the whole body high cardio ones-I wish there were more.
I have also noticed that some classes seem very over crowded compared to others that are suppose to have the same number of spots. I’m not sure how to manage that beyond having folks to scan into each class but it does affect the experience of everyone when the classes are overcrowded.
I have really enjoyed getting back into the y!
YMCA equipments are good setup
Easy access, and the facility is fantastic. Staff is always upbeat and helpful.
I like the cleanliness and the 3 new stair steppers very nice
Facility is clean, staffers are friendly, steam room is icing on the cake😊.
Facility, Staff, class selection
Beautiful facility. Lots of cardio in excellent condition. I like the indoor track too. The pools are fun in summer.
Nice facility
Friendly staff, good equipment, large facility
Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and always well organized. Great atmosphere. Also, plenty of options to workout, relax, and I love the Pop-up market too (once a month).
Great quality fitness classes, location is convenient to my home. However, I'm disappointed that rates continue to increase every year without added benefits to members. The gym and wellness floor are very crowded.
Welcoming staff. Cleanliness. Diversity. Inclusiveness. Quality of programming.
Everyone at NW Cary Y lives up to the core Y values of caring, responsibility, honesty .. and just a genuine, authentic intent to serve all members, guests and anyone who visits. I get all of my friends , coworkers to join NW Y and when possible use Y as their launching pad for starting / continuing a healthier, holistic lifestyle ...
I sincerely appreciate all the efforts the entire staff puts in making the space welcoming to all

Only negative thing is young people sitting on equipment using their phone instead of exercising or letting others exercise.
Besides above great place and nice people all over running the Y
So far so good. We’ve only been members for about a month, but we enjoy going to the Y.
Love the variety of classes offered.
Staff are friendly and the building is well maintained.
