My kid really enjoys his time at the after care and all the crafts he makes in there and all the themed setups that are there throughout the year.

My daughter loves it, she has been going to YMCA afterschool for 5 years! She enjoys her time there with her friends and the counselors make it a fun environment for the kids.
The counselors are so friendly and kind to my child. He really loves spending time at after school care and doing the fun activities that they have planned. It is well organized and the communication is great. He has made lots of good friends.

Very good facilities, very good staff, very well organized. Whenever I visit there seem to be large numbers of people coming and going and enjoying all the facilities.
Uur best yoga teacher, Michele B., is no longer in the schedule, I think because of a career change. The other teachers that I have tried are just too easy.
Excellent customer service
It has everything but an indoor heated pool. I love the workout gym! Waiting a while for the juice bar to open....haven't caught that yet.
Take that to the Uptown Y...they could use any and all updates.
Would give anything for adult water aerobics like Ms. Toni's MWF class!

The facility is gorgeous and has lots of activities and equipment available. It's also very clean and well maintained. However one of the best experiences we had was when a YMCA employee asked some teenagers to share the equipment when they were monopolizing it for an extended period of time. We appreciate the concern for others when people take up a machine by staring at their phones for too long. That's one of the reasons we left our last gym.
Overall nice facility with friendly front desk staffs.
*upstairs: What happened to all the jump ropes?
*upstairs: Need a new ab roller. The current is poor quality and unstable and dangerous. I've heard many complaint about it.

The facility is very nice and well kept. I've expressed a concern about availability of rowing machines and within about a month, there were additional machines available. It's likely that they were already planned, but it still felt very nice to see the issue get addressed. The front desk reception is staffed by the nicest people. They address you by name and they help you feel welcome and appreciated.
