Great facilities, friendly staff, wonderful experience.

Everyone I met when I applied for membership were very friendly and helpful. I also received a tour of the facility that afternoon and was introduced to several members. The day after i applied, i received a phone call saying they my UnitedHealth care Renew program was not one that was accepted. Apparently there are levels of the Renew plan based on your specific policy. Since I was not eligible to join based on my insurance plan, I came back the next day to cancel my membership.

I was very please with the way the staff of the Y handled the application process and they way they handled the notification that the Renew program provided by my insurance was not accepted.

The staff I interacted with were fantastic, both during the application process and the cancellation process. Based on this interaction I would recommend the Kraft Family YMCA to family and friends. I would also come back to join if my insurance changes in the future.

Everything. The facilities are great and issues with equipment are handled very quickly. The kid zone is amazing. The staff in the entire facility is so lovely and helpful.

The Kraft YMCA is very well equipped and maintained. What I like the best is that you keep it clean without using noxious chemicals and bleach. Also, the staff are super friendly and well informed.

The management and staff of the Kraft Family YMCA make great effort to provide all a friendly, welcoming, organized and clean facility for all to enjoy. My wife and I have only been members for a few months but are greatly enjoying our membership and appreciate the efforts of the Kraft Family YMCA staff. We have no hesitation recommending this facility for membership.

I'm pretty happy with everything, but I especially love the pool in the summer! It's wonderful to have such a facility nearby.

I love the staff… that being said… WHERE DID THEY ALL GO?! The kids room staff had been around for the last five years plus… and practically overnight all of the ladies we’d loved and trusted with our kids have left? Something is not right and it’s making me uneasy about whoever must be in charge currently
