Nice facility, helpful staff
The Kraft YMCA staff is always polite, helpful, and friendly. We are made to feel welcomed every time we go. The exercise area, restrooms, and pool are always clean. There are many activities for different ages. We have enjoyed the Kraft since it opened!

It was my first time in the Kraft YMCA as I normally go to Poole or Alexander. The Kraft Y has a great facility and a really nice and engaging community. I will find ways to go back to the Kraft Y as it's not too far away as I am just off of 540.
The pool environment is really nice and they have family restroom with shower.

We just joined so no experience yet. The facility is convenient to anyone in the Swift Creek area. It is large, clean, and the staff is friendly. Looking forward to using this facility.

Crèche is great!
Easy to get in and out, plenty of parking. The equipment is varied, clean and the choice of machinery is broad. Also, the choice of classes is amazing and the instructors are well trained and friendly. Keep up the good work !

Friendly staff, great classes, upbeat experience
The people are terrific - warm, welcoming, helpful, interested. The building and facilities are clean, well-maintained and up-to-date. (I love the infra-red sauna!) The classes are super, and the leaders skilled, professional and really engaged. And I like the people here. All in all, it’s a great place to work out and build community.

I like Kraft Family YMCA - for me, for some reason, when I am approaching it, everything feels like I'm on vacation and a lot of exciting stuff is ahead of me. As per the gym itself, everything what I need is there. Sometimes events held downstairs are a bit noisy, but on the other hand, it's entertaining to look at people playing pickleball or volleyball, while having a stroll in between sets. I am grateful to all the good people there who run the place day-to-day, and I try to come there not too often to not wear away this subtle feeling of being free and anticipating good things.
