Community, classes, close to home
i like the assortment of classes but unfortunately haven't been able to take any of the ones I am interested in soon after joining due to some medical issues.
Great staff and group fitness classes
Clean and friendly place with a variety of workout options. One recommendation is better routine cleaning of the basketball courts. They are so dusty they get slippery and dangerous to play on
We haven't been to Kraft since last summer as it's out of the way for us and we didn't get to swim on Friday as it thundered as soon as we arrived! But - the team there was very sweet, gave popsicles to the kids, and were just overall joyful. We look forward to coming another day and not getting stormed out!
Everyone was clearing the deck and standing under the entryway awning where the games are when we arrived, so we joined them to wait out the closure. We were there a good 20-30 minutes when a lifeguard (maybe a head guard?) came rushing over shouting, "Everyone, no one can be on the deck during a thunder closure! You've got to be outside the fence so either go to the main building or return to your cars." (She didn't sound as harsh as that may come across she just seemed anxious that so many people were just hanging around). It was just strange as the other lifeguards had been interacting with us, giving popsicles, and never seemed to try to usher us out of the gates. Seems like maybe there is a breakdown in communication as to the urgency of clearing the deck?
It also seemed silly that we were asked to clear the deck during thunder/lightning while at the same time, lifeguards were sitting at an exposed metal picnic table on the deck and one guard was using the long metal pole broom to sweep the bottom of the pool. I'm totally fine to clear the deck entirely and wait outside the gates if that's the policy, just wanted to point out the optics of what the guards were doing!

I love Jee for a Zumba instructor! Vibe and energy was great! The Studio is nice too one of the best in the area. On the way to the car there’s an area nearer to the pool that has a lot of flying insects I don’t think they were wasps but they look scary
