facility is close to home, clean, and has the equipment we like.
Clean, helpful desk personnel and lots of equipment.
Friendly staff; weight machines & cardio equipment are seldom out of order; good selection of weight machines & cardio equipment; I appreciate Walter's initiative as he is always actively correcting things (e.g., removing weights that members have left on weight machines, placing free weights back on the rack after members leave them on the floor elsewhere, etc)
I love the thrive classes. Mica especially is excellent!

The variety of weight lifting options is good for the size of this location. Please replace the ripped parts of the equipment. There are at least a half dozen pieces of equipment or benches that are ripped. You just raised prices for membership. Surely you can do better than equipment that looks like you bought it at a yard sale at that price point.

The YMCA Kraft is an amazing community.
The one thing that needs to stop - chill out on the cell phone use signage (it's overkill, as your staff hates it and will never enforce it consistently - too much risk to do so)... let the community manage it, take the signs down expect for 1 or add to the rules sign over the water fountain...
This is a community that PAYS you, we are NOT YOUR CHILDREN AND DO NOT WANT TO BE TREATED AS SUCH, we are adults... keep that stuff above for the children zone please. I personally had a very bad experience with the branch director and she made it worse... move on please!

The facility is kept extremely clean, without using bleach or other toxic chemicals (so greatly appreciated - please keep it that way!).
Most of the equipment (1 exception) is top notch and well maintained. The only exception is the treadmills. They are awful. The usability factor is nil. There is one that has been out of service since they were first installed (that should tell you something).
Some time ago I suggested that there be 2 "fly" machines, as the one was always in use. One was added a short time later, and I am extremely grateful.
The staff are first rate...professional, courteous, and responsive to questions.
Bottom line: I LOVE the Y!
Due to upcoming surgery, I will be unable to do my exercises for at least 2 weeks and I will really miss it and the staff.

Very clean, lots of choices to gain fitness, the people are nice and very helpful. It’s very close to where I live.
The gym is functional and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free coffee is an added big bonus! Even the other members are friendly. I tried a few classes. Excellent!
The coaches and trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. Group classes are fun. The app makes it easy to check the schedule and sign up. Sign in is easy. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. I enjoy the amenities at my home gym greatly. I don't use other locations very often but it is nice having the option if I wanted to.
The updated equipment is great. The most free weight equipment and the yoga classes are great.
Kraft is a community all by itself. A wonderful place for my whole family to enjoy.
