The staff is friendly, learns your name. They give options for exercises that are not possible for some class members.

the people; the ones who work at the Y and the members as well. There is a tremendous sense of community that is extremely important to me.
I love the water fitness classes. The instructors are all very good & motivational. I highly recommend it for seniors or if you are recovering from a surgery such as knee replacement or rotor cuff. Membership is very affordable especially for those on a fixed income.

Our after school program provides a safe and positive environment for the kids to get wiggles out after a long day at school. The counselors do a great job of helping the kids navigate conflict and hold clear boundaries.
