So many different ways to exercise and try to stay healthy including programs, exercise machines, indoor and outdoor walking, indoor and outdoor pools. A good place to also meet others and make new friends.

It was easy to come in, check in, and proceed to the gym. The staff was kind in guiding me to the lockers.
