The facilities have the equipment I need, there are usually plenty of group classes for the cardio I want, the staff is friendly, instructors are good, and I love being able to use different locations. It’s an excellent value for the cost of membership. Plus, they support disadvantaged families in our community.

It is a well maintained gym. When the facility has issues (e.g. hot water not available in the showers) it is clearly communicated throught the phone application.
