This Y is consistently clean, copiously friendly, and honorably managed. The classes are sufficiently challenging with capable and kind instructors who take the time to help individuals while cheering everyone through to a successful end.
My girls love the staff!! Everyone is very friendly and fun!! They actually say they miss the staff when they’re on track out so they decided they want to go track out at the Y!

At the front desk Deborah is just amazing. She helps out with the 55 and over group on all the outings we have. Always smiling and making sure we are enjoying ourselves
The instructors are amazing, Stephanie & Danielle keep us moving and make each class really awesome. Love the Management staff starting with Melissa, Dana, David & Lis. They are the best. I can't say enough about this YMCA except I truly love everything about it.
I really like the diverse class options we have. Diverse in body movements and personality preferences. I feel like you can find your community in a variety of classes. I reactivated my membership after having my second child because I saw that the Hip-Hop Step class was still available on Wednesday nights and was super excited to see the new addition of Pilates on Monday nights! Please keep these two classes specifically available to us!
This YMCA Flowers is like one Big Happy Family, The Staff is Absolutely Incredible and is Always There for Us All! Towels, locker rooms, good equipment, friendly staff.
Friendly and helpful staff. Classes for all ages. Pickleball courts outside and a pool that is heated in the winter. What more do you need. Well I do wish they had an indoor walking track but the beautiful lake is refreshing to walk around so cant complain too much.
The atmosphere created by instructors and the membership. Facility is clean and tends to encourage and act on feedback
The staff were all accommodating to my needs. They had no problem helping me get into the program right away. Every person I spoke with seemed to be happy to help and lead me to the right direction to get started. Such and amazing customer service team. Erin was certainly a blessing to me and my boys!

I'm an early riser so I like the 5 a.m. open time during the week. 7 is fine for Sat. Would prefer more early availability on Sunday but I understand the reasoning. Thank you.
East Triangle YMCA has great instructors and classes, so much to choose from and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient as well :-)
The staff is very friendly, and the place is always clean, and when you request something that needs to be filled or taken away or whatever it’s done immediately, I love it!!
All the staff are so friendly and the instructors are excellent. Was sorry I was out of town and couldn’t try the Pilates class on Saturday. Hoping there will be another one offered.
