I do not like the guest policy. My grandchildren and children live out of town and it is impossible to share the Y with them since I am limited to one guest. I understand the weekend and holiday rule but I do think that during the week more than one guest should be allowed.

One of the best places for social and sport activities, workout, swimming, there is babysitting service for kids to help parents to enjoy the facilities.
Exercise Instructors and trainers for working out are excellent, knowledgeable and always helpful.

As a new member of the East Triangle YMCA, I’ve been really impressed so far. The heated pool is a standout feature being open year-round makes it a great option no matter the weather. It's one of the main reasons I joined, and it hasn’t disappointed.
I’ve also been enjoying the group classes. There’s a wide variety to choose from, and the instructors make them fun and approachable, even for beginners. Another big plus for me is the on-site daycare which is a lifesaver. The staff is so kind and attentive, and it gives me peace of mind knowing my child is well cared for while I work out.
Overall, this location has made a great first impression. It’s clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend it to other families or anyone looking to get active in a supportive manner.
I have enjoyed taking several of the Thrive classes and the line dance class.
I like the variety of classes available. But also the weight and exercise rooms upstairs.
The staff and members are very welcoming and friendly! I also appreciate the non-judgmental atmosphere and emphasis on doing the best you can. The class variety and amenities are great as well.
