The group classes are great.
It would be nice if there was some way to allow visiting out of town family members to use the pickle ball courts/weight room/pool - at least at times they are not busy. Having the ability to share activities with children and grandchildren during those rare visits is important to us and others.
The staff is by far the most friendly and professional of any place, let alone gym, that I have ever been to. The East Triangle YMCA is like a family and the community strives to make everyone feel included and welcome.

This is just my first week. From what I have experienced so far, here are my favorite parts of this gym.

- Each part of the gym is organized.
- The wide variety of classes and engagement with members.
The key part for me at a gym is that I feel comfortable, East Triangle YMCA checks that box for me 10 times over.

Great equipment, friendly staff, very clean and cheerful facility, excellent programs, nice neighborhood. I also love the bowl of bible verses at the front sign in desk.
The staff always remembers your name when checking in and the teachers are top notch! This is truly my home away from home.

The counselors are fantastic - remembering kids from season to season, keeping it fun, and a good pace. The small group ensures everyone gets more playing time with just enough rest between play to recharge. My son always enjoys his time at YMCA sports activities.
It’s a family. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. You will feel right at home as soon as you walk into the building. The best decision I made was joining the East Triangle YMCA.
There are so many opportunities for me to get in the exercise that I need. Yesterday I dipped into a line dancing class and I loved it!

I love the variety of classes, it allows me to do something different pretty much every day. The instructors are fabulous, always encouraging and willing to modify. My husband and I enjoy the Thrive group and the outings that we do with our Y family.

Welcoming environment, friendly helpful staff, along with many quality amenities a member and their family can enjoy. I became a member within the past few months and my experience thus far has been nothing less than exemplary. I look forward to enjoying my membership at the YMCA Triangle location.
