I was given a detailed tour and introduced to staff members. I felt very comfortable being back in the gym after such a long time. My kids love Kid Zone and it makes me enjoy my workouts even more!
Large upstairs "rec room" for free weights, lunges, squats, floor workouts. The sauna (FYI regarding the sauna - thermometer is broken, unfortunately this sauna is not as hot as the other Y saunas, and upper bench to the far right could use a middle support). The pool. Front desk staff were helpful.
I love the classes! In particular, Dana, Shanna, John and Judy's classes are amazing!

I love the East Triangle YMCA. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I would like for the East Triangle to add more challenging classes. I recently have been taking the Strength BODYPUMP at the Poole YMCA in Garner and they have the new Les Mills equipment and workout. The new equipment is very versatile and easy to use.
I also would like to see more challenging Cycle classes as well as more classes on Saturdays.
The Poole YMCA has a class on 9:10 and another at 9:15 following by another one at 10:15. The East Triangle does not have too much to choose for us that we live in Clayton.
