The staff is great. They know me by name and greet me pleasantly. The facilities are very clean and the equipment is well kept. Overall, it's a great place to exercise and talk with people.

I enjoy the "Community" of fellow individuals that enjoy the path to health. It doesn't need to be difficult and you are able to work at your own pace.
The staff at the Chatham YMCA are WONDERFUL, KIND, WARM and just NICE! The instructors are awesome. You are easily able to find your tribe and what a blast!

My kids love to go to the gym and swimming pool.. staff is so friendly and respectful. It's very nice place to cool down for summer. The bathrooms are very clean. Everything is just so organized and beautiful.
The facility is clean and open and the wide variety of equipment fits my needs. I feel welcome. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Lots of classes with excellent instructors. I’m new to this Y, and I’ve had los of questions. The front desk employees have been very helpful. Lori especially was extremely patient when we were setting up the App on my phone. The studio rooms are much larger compared to other gyms. I’m still learning who the Instructors are.
As with all of our wonderful YMCA units and of the entire system, our Chatham YMCA (satellite outreaches) is greatly improved. The melding of staff from individuals to a family is great to witness. It is wonderful to see our community families experiencing how I raised and reflect on how I raised my family at the Triangle YMCAs. Keep up the growth and goal setting improvements.
It’s a very nice facility with a gorgeous pool. I liked that it had a towel service. Also wasn’t too crowded!
The staff provides exceptional customer service from check in to departure. The conversational exchange always adds to the welcome / feel good visit. The facility's lighting, air circulation and cleanness make for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable experience. As a new and modern facility, the equipment and routine diversity is exceptional and the exterior building area is impressive and noteworthy.

Staff is always friendly yet professional. They understand exercise isn’t just about building body strength. It’s about mental strength and building relationships. That recipe is what keeps members returning to build physical strength. I can exercise anywhere. I choose the Chatham Y.

Would be nice to freeze a membership up to 3 months. I haven’t been able to use the facility due to illness

Where to begin? The facility is terrific, and the membership appear committed to keeping the machines, weights, etc., clean. Membership also appears aware that they don’t own the machine they are on, so you are able to move through your workout without a lot of standing around.
