Availability of gentle yoga classes
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean. There are many variety of group classes especially early in the morning.
I enjoy the YMCA while improving and maintaining my good health. The programs are fun to do with the instructors. Each day I look forward to getting to the gym to a "feed good day!"
It’s convenient to my office so I can workout during the day. The staff is always very friendly too. Would love for the women’s locker room showers to be updated.

I love this place. If the communications with Y sports could be improved and you would offer a discount on the season for parents who volunteer as coaches, I think this would be a great win. I also think you should expand partnerships and practice sites to schools and churches more so that kids can play in Y leagues on weekends w/o parents have to go across town on weekdays. I love Emily Best, Stacy A, Cheri A and many of the other Alexander Y staff. Can you consider another location like the Kmart site right by 440 in West Raleigh off Western Blvd?
Clean facilities and good instructors. I wish I could go more often but not enough classes offered for senior citizens who want to stay active. I am forced to attend another gym that offers Silver Sneakers classes for active adults.

The staff are so nice and friendly and I love the equipment. Enjoy the classes , and am always happy to pick up a Bible verse from the container downstairs.
Great YMCA
I started going there in 1965 when I got a room there looking for a quiet place to study
To be honest, Taylor is my base Y, but I would and have recommended that people join the YMCA of the Triangle for many reasons, one of which is the ability to utlize other Y's when they are more convenient. I am working hard on making certain I get a workout in most days of the week, so having a meeting in Raleigh made using Alexander more convenient, and all of the Y's are wonderful.
I have told several applicants getting a tour by a staff person to buy a membership. It’s convincing to have a veteran member step up and give a prospective customer a vote of confidence unsolicited.

Has something for everybody, all ages, all levels
Great! Lots of parking which is great. Instructor jay c who teaches cycle is phenomenal. Definitely will be coming back!
I love the racquetball courts and being able to schedule time to play. It’s my favorite thing to do. I’m also going to try pickle ball at some point.
It’s great only concern about the swimming pools stuff not all of them but couple of them are mean to children
