I absolutely loved this gym!! Honestly more than mines, it had the perfect amount of equipment and I didn’t feel stuffed or uncomfortable. It was perfect!

I like the friendly atmosphere and the fact that it’s multi-generational. There is something for everyone. The fitness instructors are all really awesome - Julie B, Cheri, PJ, Jenny J, and First name removed Beth are my favorites! Thank you, thank you. It’s been a blessing to my family for the last 1.5 years we’ve been members.

I've been a member of the Y for many years. This one has been my home base. I talked my hubby into getting a membership so he now has one. I love Miss Pearl, she's the best!
i love the THRIVE classes. The instructors are awesome. And, so are the attendees.
I like the variety of classes in the morning and in the early evening. I taks gentle yoga, barre3, pilates, YIN yogs, and Wednesday morning 8:00 Strength and balance. I love them all
The staff I warm, attentive and responsive both n I person and on the phone. There is an abundance of equipment, people are generally flexible with "working you in" to equipment. The sauna is great and the lobby is a fantastic place to arrive in and depart from.
It was a great gym experience, it was clean and had so much to offer.
The Staff/Member relations for me are very good (friendly and collegial). I enjoy playing Pickleball roughly 4 days a week at Alexander!

Big, clean, lot of natural light, good equipment. Recently went during a power outage to the area and was impressed you kept the place open.

I love the 9am water aerobics classes and plan to attend those more often.
The staff is always friendly, you can hang out and work on your laptop, it’s fun doing laps and hearing kids and teenagers play games on the court, Cardio Dance with Byron and the other variety of classes are wonderful. Overall it feels like a 2nd home

very nice facility., but crowded Could use expansion already. Not enough parking! Some machines, like rowers, have been waiting 10 years to be replaced. I like the people who work at the Y -- very friendly and helpful. I like the membership bar code on my cell phone. Why does it come up sometimesautomaticallywhen I get to the doors and other times does not come up automatically, which slows down entrance at registration desk. By the time I get to the Y at night, the men's locker room aren't very cleashowers aren't clean and any special membership appreciation events are over. , yet I pay the same amount of membership dues as anyone else. I joined the Y because it was open until 10 p.m. and open until 7 on weekends. Now the hours are cut back by 2 hours and I have trouble getting there on weekends., now, before you close so early.

My entire family can come - and it doesn’t feel like an exclusionary or competitive environment. It’s welcoming of all ages, races, etc.
