You need to install handrails on the elevators.
The staff is great. Swim there often. All works very well. FYI, 6:30-8:00 am ( my favorite time ) is very busy.
Stream room and sauna
I feel like it's a safe place and fun place for my kids (this is my 2nd kid to attend this Y). Even when the Y reopened after Covid- i felt that ALL staff members took safety very seriously. They provide fun opportunities and age appropriate activities and get to know the kids and their parents. They take an active interest in students and help them be involved. in activities.I would recommend the Y 100%!!!

The classes I have attended have been very useful and add some variety to the classes at other gyms. It seems like the classes aren’t as crowded as at Finley. The building itself is a very nice facility. The only thing I miss is the coffee machine at Finley.
Counselors are great
The Y is great. I love the multiple locations and the classes. I also like knowing my membership fee is going into the community.
I like the welcoming spirit, the Y mission and the variety of classes offered.
I only come in the mornings, so I can only speak to that window of time. Great classes, scheduled to meet the individual needs of various members. Good children's programs. Great staff, welcoming, smiling, usually very upbeat. Don't like the new sign up format. Cumbersome and complicated.
I just saw the Alexander Ymca. The staff is so kind and wonderful. It is like a family. It’s a clean facility. It has great equipment. It has great parking. The water is hot. In the men’s shower. When I’ve had an issue, I’ve always received a response from customer service. I did have a little trouble with the new app but the staff at the front desk was amazingly helpful and resolving this issue. I travel a lot and I see a lot of different Ymca‘s and this is by far the best. Thank you for everything you do. Kind regards, Charlie

Love the facility. Larger weight rooms than other Y's that i also go to. A few things to note though,
New format of class schedule on the monitors far too small to read.
Bring back another Yin class i really miss JJ's Monday night class. Also bring back T/Th a.m. yoga - preferrably at 6:15 and for an hour. not 45 minutes

I love the staff, always courteous, responsive to parents waiting. You never wonder if they have noticed you or your youth. Respectful and friendly, but firm in supporting standards of conduct. Even during the correction of youth time and explanations to parents.
Welcoming vibe. Close to home. Clean.
It's been a great experience for both of my kids.
I appreciate the staff because they get to know all the kids and I don’t feel like I have to worry about my child when he is there.
