Convenience to where I live, variety of equipment and activities, good walking track, pool, and sauna.
Excellent instructors, excellent exercise bikes in cycle classes, clean swimming pool but some lockers in the men;s locker room are non-functional.
Location and spacial so you can work out without rubbing elbows with others.
The Y is convenient to my home. The staff is very welcoming, and it is easy to use the facility and the equipment. I really like the track.
I do wish that one did not have to sign up for classes. I prefer the way it was before Covid.

I love my Byron Dance class! It's what brings me to Alexander! And I have also loved the lean and cut class that happens just before his class.
