Everybody, including staff members, are very respectful and Friendly.
Now kids, you don't really need to hear from me. But I feel a need to offer feedback, being Doug McMillan's my cousin and I was a member for 30 years before joining a smaller place with a sweet lifetime membership deal.
However, the Y captured me this time with the draw of being able to go to any Y in the Triangle and that's important as I spend a lot of time in Cary and that's a great Y.
Also, the place has really been dolled up and the equipment is in good order. And, on my first day after a 7- or 8-year absence, I saw five or six old mates who seemed happy to see me and explained that "I haven't been very good about coming but I'm doing better now...." In other words, they thought they had to explain to me why they hadn't been around, and assumed I had been. Very funny.
Seriously, the staff was wonderful, had that Y spirit, very helpful. I'm not much for the complicated treadmills, my form of cardio, but when I put in a request, two guys showed up to help me. That's very cool.

Yoga classes with Jen on Mondays and Wednesdays. My husband enjoys his massage with Earl Jones on Tuesday afternoons and then some time in the sauna.
The people. Those who work at the Y, too many to mention. And the regular members who I see multiple times a week.

Love every about this YMCA. Staff is excellent. It's clean and well maintained. They have EVERTHING you need to get and stay healthy.
