Convenience to where I live, variety of equipment and activities, good walking track, pool, and sauna.
Excellent instructors, excellent exercise bikes in cycle classes, clean swimming pool but some lockers in the men;s locker room are non-functional.
Location and spacial so you can work out without rubbing elbows with others.
The Y is convenient to my home. The staff is very welcoming, and it is easy to use the facility and the equipment. I really like the track.
I do wish that one did not have to sign up for classes. I prefer the way it was before Covid.

I love my Byron Dance class! It's what brings me to Alexander! And I have also loved the lean and cut class that happens just before his class.

Very friendly front desk staff. Facility is clean, although the water pressure in the women's showers is a bit weak. Lots of classes to choose from, and instructors can vary as well, so you are able to find the one that you like.
