The staff
I like the variety of available equipment. The staff is very friendly. The facility is very clean. The users are encouraged to sanitize after workouts, and the cleaning items are placed within a few steps of the workout area.

The people have all been amazing. Everyone has been very helpful, personable, and even supportive. The equipment and space is clean and well maintained. I have even started one of the classes. I’ve felt welcomed and encouraged from the start. My children love the kids area and can’t wait to go back each time.
The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, and organized. Staff are polite and quick to respond to get needs.

Management needs to discourage cell phone use while in the exercise/training environment. Safety issues arise when folks are glued to their phone while on the track.
