All of the staff are wonderful and very welcoming and very supportive. While I may not be the most active in the gym, I do observe how they interact with the patrons. One day my confidence will not betray me and I will be one of those patrons. I am so looking forward to that very day.

I have been taking a few workout classes for a couple of years now and a couple months ago I decided to hire a personal trainer. It has been a game changer for me. Not only am I learning the equipment, but I am learning the proper ways to work out on each machine while gaining confidence in myself.

Just taking the chance to say sat July 11 the women’s locker room soap is gone. I think the one on the wall facing the front is hand sanitizer (not soap) - which won’t kill most GI bugs and the one on the wall facing the pool is empty.
Glad to see some of the seats recovered.
