The YMCA is a great way to stay healthy in a clean facility for a reasonable price.
I tell everyone about the Y. It's clean and neat. Everyone is so friendly and there is child care. It's easy to get too and even tho we don't participate there are classes and programs. The pool is great and the life guards are attentive. The one Chaplain I met was easy to talk to.

Friendly staff and how clean they keep the YMCA. They have a great variety of work out options (weights,treadmills,bike,step climbing). They also have the basketball, racket ball, pool and steam room. They offer different classes and professional trainers. You can download their app to see how many people are there and set goals for yourself. The app has classes, pickleball and other helpful activities and information. OH PARENTS IT ALSO HAS CHILD CARE LOL so no excuse lol Have a blessed day
I would like for you to offer walking at noon as a wellness for seniors, at no charge. The wellness center offered that.

My daughter loves going into the childcare to play, makes it easier to work out. Also the price is not too bad for all the opportunities that are offered.

The facility is always clean. Staff is friendly. The. Classes and the instructors are all great and a lot of fun aszqell as a good workout. Each instructor is unique in their own way.
