Excellent facility and excellent staff
Friendly, professional, helpful employees; clean, safe, secure facility. I like seeing employees walking around the facility helping people and keeping an eye on things/people. I also like that our membership is confirmed when we check in. Sometimes we may not know that our credit card has been declined or that there is a problem w/ our payment and also that we are all paying our way.

I enjoy the friendly customer service. Saying good day or good bye. The environment is very pleasant . I think are are has grown so much we need two YMCA like Haselwood. The Bremerton Y is very nice but I use the pool and the water is too cold for me.

Clean, well maintained, friendly employees, steam room, pool, top exercise machines, it's a very nice facility.

Classes and machines
My husband and I joined yesterday. We were treated very well.
"Cam" showed me how to work the machines for a good beginning workout. He was very knowledgeable and succinct.
The facility is amazing. There are so many options to pick from, that I will take months of exploring to learn them all.
The only suggestion I could make is to number the machines so that a newcomer could follow the worksheet better.
Clean, classes are well done, equipment is in good condition and lots of machines available even at peak times
Great place to workout!
The staff are friendly and helpful but some of the equipment could be better maintained.
Dave Tomar is doing a great job managing the pickleball program. It would help if there was some consistency in the schedule or even if you could make sure the right schedule is posted. But Dave is really doing a good job making the program fun.
It’s been a perfect experience
I haven’t experienced all the different things you can use at the Y. I want to use the pool and more of the exercise machines. Love that I can use it because of Medicare.
