Isaac is awesome!
My son enjoys the lessons and he is learning and getting more confident and comfortable in the water.
They’re great!
The instructors are dedicated to the kids. They always stay engaged with them.
Most of the instructors have been great! The facility is clean and welcoming with a friendly and helpful staff.
The only two issues we’ve had are with the website being kind of a pain to navigate, and the one instructor Natalia. We’re in school level 3 and she spends more time chatting with other staff, or having the kids swim like animals than teaching them the basics. When we have her, I feel like our child regresses.
Small classes, friendly teachers, less chaos, the person who helps find the right class to be in is so helpful.
After many years of inactivity, I decided to try to begin again. I signed up for the Kickstart program, and started with Rudolph. His guidance and encouragement have been so well-suited to my needs & abilities, and I know I’m on my way to becoming fit again.
The instructors, friends, Zumba, Bingo & location.
The Bremerton Family YMCA is exactly that -- you feel like you are family when you are there. The staff are outstanding and helpful. The space is small enough to get to know people and make friends, but large enough to have great opportunities for working out, swimming, great community programs.
I LOVE going to MY Y -- the Bremerton Family YMCA.
The family dressing rooms , the great swimming hours.
Great machines. Helpful, friendly staff. Great views.
The Bremerton YMCA helps all people with all phases of a persons journey to be healthy and fit. They have put forth tremendous amounts of kindness to our community which makes me proud to be a member. I love the Bremerton YMCA.
Facilities not too crowded. Nice staff.
It’s conveniently located and familiar, as I have been going there since it opened. Always clean and the people are friendly.
Friendly and professional, the programs for the kids are excellent with wonderful staff with excellent teaching methods. I couldn’t be happier.
The people.
location, friendly staff, activities
The Y is clean, workout equipment is fairly new, clean pool and hot tub, friendly personnel
Everyone is like a big family
The community my homeschool kiddo has gained is invaluable.
The Bremerton YMCA has a lot to offer with a great variety of classes for all levels of fitness. Staff always friendly and were extremely helpful when we signed up recently. We did not realize that they accept Silver and Fit members last year otherwise we would have joined then. We appreciate having that benefit in our retirement.
It’s nice that the bikes and treadmills face the windows. For the most part it doesn’t get too busy. There is lots of overflow parking. The staff is kind
going to the Y in the morning is always the beginning of a good day. It just makes me happy.
Friendly staff, clean atmosphere
Everything!
Helpful staff. Easy access to equipment. Steam room and spa.
Great selection of classes. Clean. Friendly staff.
I do my workouts and leave, not much more I could ask for
The Bremerton Y is closer and more convenient for me to use, but I choose to go to Silverdale. The Bremerton Y is obviously dated and feels more closed in. I like the open feeling of Silverdale with all the windows. I haven't used the pool in Bremerton in several years, but what I do remember it wasn't pleasant area to use. Also the locker room just feels ick. The building is just old and worn out, doesn't matter how clean it is, it will always feel old and dirty.
What happened to the plan to build a new Bremerton Y?
