The kid drop zone is crowded. There is a black screen up so a class can be going and it's right against the pool table so the kids can't utilize it. The Drop zone Y leader was making something the Y would be using for a later activity and had it spread out across half of the ping pong table. They put away the big jenga blocks cause they didn't want them to be noisy during the cooking class which is understandable however so much was made unusable to these kids. It was ridiculous.
Today at swim lessons, the teacher is not in the water with the kids and is more interested in talking to other people outside the pool than focusing on her students.
Great classes being offered! We love the Chef instructor, she's fantastic! My kids are loving the cooking classes, art classes and karate. Of course swim lessons are good.

The Bremerton Y offers a slower pace and friendly, laid back environment not found at other “busier” branches. Don’t change a thing!
We also love the classes available to our kids and the staff and teachers are welcoming and helpful.

I have been a member for over 10 years as an adult and spent a good part of my youth in the pool here taking swimming lessons. Everyone makes you feel like family. I have many great friendships from the YMCA swim team when my daughter swam and many different classes I have attended over the years. TRX is a favorite, I have been attending this class for over 10 years as well.

The Bremerton Family YMCA is well staffed, by knowledgeable staff, who engage with members. This level of engagement enhances the overall socialization experiences, of my time spent inside the Y. The facilities are maintained inside and outside.
The location is great and the staff are all friendly; the programs, activities, and group exercise classes are welcoming and challenging; the facilities and equipment are clean and well maintained; and it's never too busy where I have to wait very long for equipment or a swim lane.
Facility is always clean, employees are nice and courteous and always greet. Workout equipment is updated and organized, wide selection of gear.
