The facility is truly wonderful—everything you could hope for. Additionally, the services that the Gordon YMCA offers to the community, including disadvantaged kids and seniors, are heartwarming. I also appreciate the staff. The Gordon YMCA is one of my favorite places to be!

Patients is needed along with flexibility when choosing equipment that's not in use. Be flexible in your routine and you'll have no problems. The staff is courteous and helpful, you just need to not be afraid to ask. I've had two knee replacements and am back strengthening my leg and knee muscles.

The pool, hot tub and sauna are great. All the exercise equipment is well maintained and clean. Staff are always helpful, kind and professional.

This facility is the absolute best.... clean and friendly. Every employee goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Water aerobics classes are GREAT. My only complaint is the lack of hot water in the universal changing rooms. This has been going on for several weeks as it did last year also. I'm wondering why this problem can't be fixed. Thanks.

Lot's of activities to do. Love to walk the track. My son loves to play basketball. Great customer service! Grateful to be getting a scholarship. Really helps us out.
I like that the facility is very clean. It’s is also very large and open so you can usually find space to do the activities you want without feeling like you are running into someone else.
My only complaint is that I think the pool uses too many chemicals. It can irritate eyes and skin more than other pool.
Clean with lots of equipment and hot, tube, pool, and steam room. Wish the steam room got hotter or had a button to increase the steam and heat like the Lakewood location.
It’s just been an overall amazing experience. Super friendly and helpful staff. An abundance of amenities. I always look forward to going to the Y!

We are older so it is nice be in a place were all types are accepted and have all types of activities to support that.
I love coming to the YMCA. There is so much activities to choose from for both adults and children (I’ve got 2 granddaughters who are members). Every staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve taken a couple of classes and am impressed with the instructors. I have some physical limitations and they have been very good about showing me how to modify my movements. The variety of weights and weight machines is fantastic! No matter your fitness level, you will find things you can do. I love that the track upstairs is user friendly for parents with strollers and younger kids to follow along. And the pool is great! After my pool exercise class I got to hang out with my grandkids and we had a blast swimming around and floating in the lazy river!
Friendliness and kindness! Most of the staff are make an effort to be friendly and kind even when patrons are not. It sets a positive experience for patrons and gives us a desire to return. A visit to Gordon Family YMCA is a highlight rather than a have to during the week.
