Excellent customer service with very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of group classes to try and the free swimming group lessons. Very well maintained facility. So thankful that we've joined YMCA. Feeling stronger already physically and mentally only after 3 weeks of joining. We've met several new friends. We love going to the Brain Fitness class, Silver Fit combo and Ringside classes.

I will be 78 soon and I am in the best shape of my life because of this YMCA. I have lost approximately 70 lbs.in the 4 years that I have been doing aerobic swimming every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I am no longer in pain and with trouble breathing and I have discontinued many of my meds because I no longer need them. The pool is beautiful and clean and the instructors are wonderful.
I give this YMCA 150% rating.

I love all the equipment, classes, kids programs, and the pool area. So many opportunities for so many different people. It’s a friendly place and the workers try hard to keep it clean.

My 3 year old daughter was extremely frightened to start her first swim lesson with Deshaun this morning, and with a lot of encouragement she finally got in and had a great time. he was very patient and at the end she told me he is one of her favorite teachers :) (for whatever that means to a 3 year old). but it was very much appreciated.
I liked everything! Staff and members very kind and friendly.
Would love a blood pressure monitor and a smoothie/coffee bar.
Please consider extending splash pad times during homeschool session days. Even just another hour!

People are friendly, the facility is clean. There are a variety of ways to exercise.
Elijah in toddler 3-5 basketball Coach is great! So good with the kids.
Brooke is an amazing instructor. She always shows up and encourages us even when it is difficult just to make it to class. I love her calm demeanor. It allows me to set my pace and modify exercises that are best for me. She is a keeper!
Friendly staff. Plenty of weight machines. Good track. Physical therapy department.

There needs to be at least (4) if not more of The Nu Step machines upstairs, we are down to one & they are very popular- I didn’t see a spot to write about my request?
Comfortable and very Employee Friendly.
Would like to see the upstairs meeting room area be utilized daily for member stretching room. There is not enough space against the window for all that want to relax and stretch. I would think there is other areas that could be utilized for an occasional meeting and education room. With the increase of total members, it could even be split into 2 small areas.

I am very appreciative about all my experience since when I was immigrate with my oldest daughter when she was 7 years old back end of June, 2001. I still attending and the most important right now because very hard to going through all my father's feet on his family royalty divide and it is comfortable to have some warm wishes for everyone, Svetlana.
I like the choices I have for my workout. It is very clean and friendly.
