The Y is the " BEST " place to exercise. And there's " NO " other place better. The Y also has Communication, being Considerate, AND having a Commitment.
The replacement of exercise equipment hasn't been all good. Some of the newer machines aren't user friendly to older members. There are more longer wait times at certain machines, while some have have little usage. We need more of the more popular machines, as I have seen arguments over the amount of time that members may be one the machine while someone is waiting.,
Often times, on early week days, all 3 of the televisions on the first floor, are on sports networks, with talking heads reviewing previous games. Which may be of interest of most of the male members, but not the women. ( All you need is a few beers and peanuts to finish it looking like a sports bars)
