Front desk is always friendly and very helpful. Offer a variety of healthy classes. Did a needs assessment with a trainer. There training program is more flexible than with hours and price opposed to a gym. The chair and back yoga classes have help with my balance and strength.intructors are friendly knowledgeable and accommodate to your needs.

We love our coach, the motivation and approximately to our home location for away games. Such great umpires too that really care for the players! The staff is also amazing! Excited to participate again!
It's convenient & lots of fun with different recreational activities for the young children to stay occupied & it's a very positive motivation for the them too.
