The staff and attendees are all always genuinely welcoming and helpful. The classes have great instructors. There are people of all ages (2 to 90+), backgrounds, ethnicities, etc. The facilities are very functional and clean. And, of course, the cost is reasonable.

Teachers are always engaged and you can tell that they are invested in their classrooms and students learning experiences. You walk into the classrooms and see the evidence of learning all around theyou room.
I love the Silver Sneakers fitness class on Thursday just wish that it would be offered twice a week.

I have silver sneakers and live elsewhere. I only use the facility when visiting my daughter and grandson. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful and since I'm in your system access has been easy. It is appreciated.

Friendly staff who are always ready to help. Pleasant facilities. Good equipment. Just wish the pool could be year around.
Our daughter has had a supportive and low stakes environment to learn basic basketball skills. The couch has been kind and responsive. My own suggestion is to make it clearer on the iPhone interface which programs are for girls and boys. I registered my daughter for the Junior Suns without realizing it was the boys program! Not a big deal, but I think she would have preferred to be with girls. Thanks for a great program overall!
Trainer challenges me. Plenty of machines or weights to do what I want. Friendly and efficient staff.
The variety of programs offered, the friendliness of the staff. Do not like they do not heat pool or have it open and no hot tub. But I can live with it.
