I love all the friends I have made there. My favorite class is Spin with Heidi. I like to use the big gym to do weight training and the elliptical machines are very nice. The whole staff at the Tempe Y are exceptional!

I enjoy coming to the Y and participating in some of the activities. Would like to see the water fitness classes run more than just Memorial Day to Labor Day and more than just twice a week.

Friendly & relaxed atmosphere.
Love the community atmosphere and mix of young and old. Many times the canisters with Clorox wipes are empty. Please put up more signs with wipe down equipment. Too many older men don’t abide by the gym etiquette. Otherwise a great place

Everyone is very helpful, informative and pleasant from the front desk to the instructors. Classes start on time. Plenty of machines. Bathrooms always clean.

I’ve been working with a trainer and have not only enjoyed working with Diana, but can see results in my balance and stamina. When I am there on my own I can always find the machines and weights I want. The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. I’m in the best shape of my life, (at 70+) in part, thanks to the Y!
