The staff who run the programs are well trained, knowledgeable, and understand the needs and the possibilities for the participants. Comfortable atmosphere, mixture of many kinds of people, from families to the elderly to single young college kids. The front office staff is friendly, always says hello and says goodbye when I leave. Good gym, they created an environment where I want to go back, not one I dread.

Rich and Dave have been awesome. Dave is now over several branches but he was a boisterous warm personality. Rich is a wonderful person, warm and courteous, knowing people by name, great with engaging with anyone that comes through. Love the fitness center. A lot of regulars. Great community if you are willing to engage/talk with others.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about programs. There is a sense of community at the Y. The variety of classes is nice. Almost anyone can find something that suits them. The instructors are knowledgeable and offer suggestions as to how to adapt for a variety of people attending (age and abilities)
