Very friendly employees! They help anytime you need some assistance. I'm pretty short on time. It's very convenient for me to go early morning and get time on the treadmill before I get on with my day.

I love the silver sneakers class on Wednesdays at 7 am. Debra is amazing and a lot of fun, she keeps the ladies motivated.
