Enjoy the staff and the fitness classes are wonderful.
When I go it isn't busy so I can use the machines I want. I enjoy the group of people that are there at 6 Am. I take a silver sneakers class the instructor Devra is great, they need more people like her.

We love that the Y is family friendly. There is a variety of classes and the workout equipment is up to date. We also love the fact that there is an indoor gym and a pool. The sports programs have been valuable to introduce our kids to organized sports. The additional features the app provides is a great bonus.

It is nice to have different activities for children while parents workout.
The Y offers a number of exercise classes from balance to cardio. Multiple days and times are available. Social activities are also a part of the programs offered and are a great way to make new friends.
It is friendly and well organized.
I enjoy the atmosphere, everything is very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My personal trainer, Teresa is the best! She listened to what I wanted to accomplish and is helping me achieve my goals.
