Friendly, clean facilities
The entire staff is very friendly and professional, they are always available to help and even go the extra mile to help. YMCA has given my son the opportunity to improve both physically and emotionally because through his activities (Basketball) he has learned to relate to other people, sharing with other members of his team makes him feel important and part of a group. I have also seen personal growth because my son has learned to accept defeats in his games as well as triumphs, he has learned to accept positive comments about his performance in his practices/games as well as criticism in the areas he needs to improve. YMCA has provided invaluable emotional support to my son in difficult times, such as his father's illness, the physical retirement of his maternal grandfather and has even provided a source of moral support since recently he lost one of the youngest and closest family members to him. I am very grateful with YMCA and all the staff!!
