I’m in better shape than I’ve been in years, and at almost 77years old, that’s saying a lot. I love the staff, the classes and the other members. The staff is unfailingly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The Silver Sneakers classes are SO GOOD for us older folks, and they have wonderful programs for every other age group, as well. I love seeing the tiny humans having a ball when I’m there. I’ve made many new friends while improving my health and fitness. Thank you, Christown YMCA!!

What isn't there to like? The whole staff are absolutely amazing, the equipment is up to date and the facility has everything you need. I love the Christown YMCA!!!!

I attend the Silver Sneakers classes every week and I am aging well. I am really in better physical shape at age 68 than I was 10 years ago, thanks to the physical activity and support of the Y staff. MK

Group exercise classes are really well run, at a time that working people can access them, and the instructors foster community which motivates people to return.
Excellent, helpful staff; spirit of community among staff and participants in classes; many options for seniors. Of all the Ys of which I've been a member, Legacy-C does the most for the most groups. It is hard to distribute resources to so many. I'm 80 and I don't feel "left out." Best regards to the Legacy-C staff and volunteers.

While we miss a few pieces of equipment that we once used at the Y, the current set-up that allows for multi-age use makes this facility more user-friendly and community oriented. Now if we could just get back into the daily Y routine!
