The classes are very much on the level suitable for someone my age and ability. The instructors are very knowledgeable and flexible instruction is given for all levels of exercise experience. It is also a great place to mix with others and get to know the locals from the neighborhood.

I have been a member of the Christ town legacy Y for decades. Friendly and professional staff members. Greet you with a smile. Family oriented and a very safe environment for all ages.
Friendly, clean place to workout and enjoy pickleball.
Easy access and daily swimming.
We have a very sentimental attachment to the Legacy (Christown) Y as my husband has been going there since he was in "Indian Guides" in the mid-sixties.
The staff is always friendly and helpful and the other clients who are there are always fun too.
The way group activities are build enables participants to build the relationships that keep us motivated to come more often.
I really love the facility at Christown! I’ve been playing pickle ball and then afterwards I work out in that wonderful Gym. The only piece of equipment that is not in the gym that I am familiar with Iis the waist rotating machine whereby you kneel and rotate back-and-forth. If you could ever order that machine, I would be elated. :)

It's close to home. People are friendly. I love the pool! It's helping me regain strength.
I have arthritis and the water exercise helps
I am happy that the pool has a water aerobics instructor. the pool is always clean. I wish you still had the room of workout machines.that was setup more for seniors.

The Y is a clean, well equipped and welcoming facility. It has activities for young people and fitness programs for all ages. There is lots of fitness equipment and plenty of space for individual workouts. Experienced trainers are available to help you get started or to keep improving. It has an outdoor, heated pool, an indoor basketball court that is also used for pickle ball and lots of parking.
I love the class I've been taking for over 12 years. Group Power with Dave Ledderman is fantastic! We've developed some real friendships over the years. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. The class works all of the core muscle groups, which allows me to live a more fuller life at age 69.
I like that the Y is part of the community and is serving all age groups. I've been a member off and on for several years and the demographic has changed a bit. I am now retired and the gym and classes seem to be attended by folks my age but the Y is serving a large group of children and families. Most folks using the gym seem to be folks who can dress comfortably, are not worried about their looks as they work out and are there for their health and well being. I am comfortable at the Y.
It’s like family here at YMCA . I like to care for my emotional health thru exercising .
The last time I went in, First name removed was extremely helpful. She took me around and gave me a tour, and she was friendly and encouraging.

Friendly knowledgeable instructors for group fitness classes. Friendly like-minded members that are friendly and welcoming. Great desk staff. Nice gym equipment.

Amazing staff
I loved the sermon . I love the pastor he does amazing teachings. and the music was amazing . Everyone was so welcoming and very kind they make you feel like your part of the family. I will be going back. Also my children loved children's church they had so much fun and made friends.
I attend the silver sneakers and chair yoga feel so much better, instructors are wonderful
