Friendly staff, excellent trainers, readily available schedules, select hours to address different populations, etc.
Number One:The outdoor swimming pool and lap lanes.
Number Two: Yoga flow classes, especially flow and movement opposed to yin (holding poses/stretching)

Valley of Sun YMCA is a friendly place with great front desk staff. It is a truly welcoming environment for children and seniors, while having activities for the whole family.
It’s not overcrowded
I like the feeling of family atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like a meat market where people are looking to hook up. Children and seniors are welcomed at the Chris town Y.

My husband and I attend The Silver Sneakers program regularly and we are in better health and physical shape than we were in our fifties. My husband is 70 years old and I will also be 70 in March. March on and age well!
I think this Ymca has an incredible program going. All the staff are amazing and everything that it has to offer is spectacular for my kids.
