Personally, I utilize the senior citizens classes. On occasion, I work out on the various exercise machines. The instructors are first class. Management keeps the YMCA running like a fine tuned machine. There are exercise opportunities, with or without a personal trainer, programs for infants to toddlers. There are afterschool programs for school age children.

Love the training coaches Dan, lavonne, Jennifer and Kelly. Physically I have gotten so much stronger, quicker, I lost weight and gained muscle

I love how friendly everyone is it Christown Spectrum YMCA! I love how friendly everyone is there! I play pickle ball about three plus days a week & just love the group. It’s a great way to exercise and be social. Also, the gym is very clean and organized.

I have been a member of the Christown Y for years. It is home, my kids grew up at the Y. It helps support the community and gives kids a chance to play sports or learn to swim.

I am comfortable being in a space that seems to be non-judgmental and welcoming. I like seeing the programs for the kids even though I am a great grandparent🙂. There is someth8 g for everyone.
