I love the front desk staff and class instructors. Everyone is so helpful. The front desk staff has gone the extra mile for me. Everything from helping me to find a diaper bag even down to helping me jump start my car when the battery was completely dead. Feels like my second family.

I left the facility. I like the class offerings. Equipment is great. The teachers and the staff are wonderful.
I have been concerned recently with some glitches in the body pump offerings. There have been about four times where either the teacher did not show up, or the sub did not know how to use the audio technology.
I hope that you all are aware of this and are working to improve scheduling and teaching the subs how to use the technology in every room.

My daily club is the one here in Rockwall. I visited this facility recently, because I was in the area. The staff was kind and helpful and the equipment was fantastic. If in the area again, I will definitely use the facility!

I love that the WR YMCA is a place I want to be in. With all the natural light and high ceilings, I don't feel like I'm working out in a basement. And the variety of exercise classes are great!

Everything was great. Everything was clean and everybody was friendly. I just wish they had a sauna.
