yoga classes are great!
I would love to see a Pilates class that does not meet only during standard working hours - 9-5 M-F. ---an evening or weekend class is really needed!

White Rock YMCA is one of the best facilities in all of Dallas. They have exceptional staff that are attentive to the needs of the Y members and to all that enter it's doors. The location is perfect for those who live in the Lake Highlands & Lakewood neighborhood.
