good variety of equipment, clean, pleasant people at the front desk and members,
clean pleasant locker room, inviting architecture , good Sunday hours open to 6 PM.
The recumbent bicycles were a bit ackward and confining. All in all a pleasant experience.

Very nice facility. Wish the indoor pool could be bigger. The kiddy pool would have been nice for water aerobics.

People and options for classes and variety if equipment
I joined Oct. 2024, I’ve found five senior fitness classes that challenge me. My classmates and instructors are friendly, as are the staff. A great place to work out!

The outdoor pool is awesome, altho I do wish it was open more than 2 hours a day.

I like the pickleball sessions at Semones. People are engaged and friendly. Also like the fact that people can gather in the lobby to socialize before and after their workouts. I think this is great especially for older members.
