The recumbent bicycles were a bit ackward and confining. All in all a pleasant experience.
I am a member of the Downtown Dallas YMCA since 1980 AD. I was a YMCA member in the Midwest in my youth. I love the YMCA.

Very nice facility. Wish the indoor pool could be bigger. The kiddy pool would have been nice for water aerobics.

People and options for classes and variety if equipment
I joined Oct. 2024, I’ve found five senior fitness classes that challenge me. My classmates and instructors are friendly, as are the staff. A great place to work out!
Best affordable workout facility in Dallas.
The outdoor pool is awesome, altho I do wish it was open more than 2 hours a day.
Facility is nice and clean.
Parking lot is large and safe.
