I love the facility, the instructors and the members. Really makes my day when I go there. As we are approaching shorter days, please consider putting better lighting in the parking lots. Especially the North parking lot where there is no lighting at all. It is very dangerous early in the morning and after dark when you cannot see your surroundings. Other than that, it is a perfect experience!

It is a great gym! It’s more than a gym, honestly. Everyone working there is so friendly and welcoming, and though the parking lot is always full, I have never felt like the facility is overcrowded. Plenty of treadmills and I love the indoor and outdoor pools!

The swim diving block are not secured and wabely. My daughter was scared for them.

The only suggestion about the first pickleball tournament and how it was organized, KC did a great job managing it the only thing I ask is that you guys turn down the buzzer in the gymnasium it’s way too LOUD! Thank god I don’t wear a hearing aid!! Lol

100% recommended during the Summer. 4 days a week will get your kids more skills than 1-2 times per week. Instructors are patient and caring. Both my kids adored their instructors. Also their coordinator, Brianna, is very accommodating.
Megan Alpha is truly the best swim coach we could imagine! Tons of swim team kids came to the Y just to be with her. She’s amazing!

Someone says hello to me when I arrive. The people working out here are respectful of others and of the facility. I appreciate that there is a dress code. I appreciate that there is not loud music playing. I love all the windows I front of the cardio equipment.
The counselors at Camp on the Lake are AMAZING! You can tell they genuinely love camp and care about the kids.
Class is I attend are run by caring professionals. Classes start and end on time the facilities are clean and neat.
Instructors introduce themselves and reach out to new attendees. It has been my experience that regular participants in the classes introduce themselves to the new students to make them feel welcome.
I like the whole facility. Clean, bright and easy to use.
Kids had a great time. Camp counselors are professional and nice. I feel they are responsible and I feel my kids are safe under their supervision.
