So here’s what irritates me! There are only 3 benches where the free weights are located. My pet peeve is people who spread out a towel, get their weights and put them on the bench. Then proceed to work out NEXT to the bench!!
My other pet peeve is the number of coaches who get up on the raised platform with their clients. Only 3 people can stretch on that raised platform. I’m a senior and need that as getting on the floor isn’t an option. Or the people who sit there reading their phones!!! Gym etiquette is lacking. Ugh.
Is there anyway to increase the number of benches? Not sure signage instructing people not to hog the benches will help, but at least I’ve registered my thoughts.
There is a good assortment of equipment. However,
I would like to see the gym monitored by staff more closely, specifically as it relates to the "rules" posted on the wall. There are many members doing weights who "drop" them startling people around them. AND the most annoying disregard for the rules are people (mostly young men), who surf on their phones between sets.

The instructors are competent, staff is friendly and helpful, the entire place is clean and tidy.

I just love going to this Y. The equipment is always well-maintained and clean, as is the men's room! And on Sunday, it's open an hour earlier than another Y that I usually go to, plus it's a lot less crowded on Sunday, so my time is more efficient. And last thing: best outdoor pool in the city!
It is a clean and safe place.

I have recommended to several people the Tuesday and Thursday morning exercise classes.
The first is low impact aerobics at 10:30 and the second is chair yoga at 11:30. They are excellent and have been better than physical therapy, so I never miss. Both taught by Sherry.
She is excellent, kind, thoughtful and delightful. We are so lucky to have her. Please don't let her go. Such positive experience.

Clean and friendly facility. While upgrades have happened over the years, it is still the same facility I remember from my youth 40+ years ago.

I like the pickleball groups. Plenty of classes, good workout equipment. Lobby where people gather to socialize.

It was very accommodating. Very nice personal.
Great facility and warm, inviting staff. My only complaint is that sometimes the music played by the outdoor pool is too loud and is not always family friendly. I don't want to hear that when I'm with my kids so we left.

One of the class rooms is way too hot. The one ai do yoga in is fine, so why can’t the other class room be fixed as it is a safety issue of the members!
