Semones YMCA is very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! Without the help and support from their staff when our practice facility was down, my swim team would have not been as successful as they were at the district and regional meets.

Our family has been members of the Northaven/Semones Family YMCA for over 30 years. Our children grew up going to summer camps, playing soccer, baseball, scouts and many other activities. When Bob and I retired from IBM over 15 years ago, the Y became part of our lifestyle. I have enjoyed classes during these years and they honestly have kept me going. I look forward to my Tuesday and Thursday Chair Fitness and Yoga Classes. I just wish they were offered more than two days a week! The loving, caring and rewarding environment is more than anyone can ask for! A great place to interact with people and also exercise and improve your body and mind. What more could you ask for?
I like the pickleball play at the Y. I also take just a few classes and the instructors are good. The room with the workout equipment is big, bright and a nice environment with all the windows. It is also very well equipped. I also like the lobby area where members sit to talk and socialize.
