The wide variety of offerings- yoga, tai chi, Pilates, strength training, a well provisioned gym with staff & personal trainers available. There are also multiple programs & activities for all age groups plus child care for the very young. It is, indeed, a full service family center.

We had awesome seasons this year! Mostly due to the amazing refs! Mel especially! He knows all the
players names! He helps children understand the game and play fairly —- and most of all is encouraging when they are down. What a gem!

Semones Faily YMCA is a favorite place.
The staff is consistently talented and friendly. There are several who really extend themselves in friendliness to the seniors, of which I am one.
One of the main assests and attreaction are the other members. They are from many diferent backgrounds and we enjoy camaraderie after our classes.

The staff and classes are top notch! The class choices cover and abundance of needs. If more personalized guidance is necessary, trainers are available to create a plan.
