Just joined the one week ago… Already worked out multiple times also enjoyed the Monday morning Bible study and getting to know other members. The difference that I see between the YMCA and other health clubs is the fact that it seems much more like family… In fact, I heard one of the staff members trying to come up with new programs to meet the needs of this community I would rate it 10 out of 10..

This is the nicest Y I have ever visited. Spacious facility. Plenty of parking. Two pools. Good equipment. Recently renovated. Very nice experience.

Group classes
I love the group exercise classes - especially Body Pump. I’m energized and motivated to lift more, do one more rep when surrounded by people who are doing the same.
I enjoy working out with people of all ages and stages. It’s a very positive community!
